The process
1. Get the repair form
Please download, print and fill in all details into the repair form. You get it HERE
2. Shipping
Please protect your units very well with lots of proctection! Better take a bigger box than a smaller one. Pack your device for the code retrieval and the repair form into the package.

3. Payment
Upon reception, code retrieval and some basic test of your unit, we will ask you to pay. You only have to pay the amountif we are able go get the valid code!
4. Return
After we have code and payment, we will return the unit the next Business day by DHL.
Important: If the device is non working and you don't want to repair it, we need to charge a fee of 20€ for handling. (Price inkl. 19% VAT applies for destinations within E.C.)
